Four days out of five a panhandler will be at the corner of Millbrook and Six Forks Road. This has been reported before, they stay away for a day and then come back. RPD should probably drive by here once a day. They are usually there anytime after 4pm Monday through Friday. If I can provide any additional information, please let me know. Thanks!

They are also frequently at the exits of 540 and Creedmore Road.
