The pot holes have been fixed but many more are popping up. Years ago, Steve Israel promised money to the Village of Lloyd Harbor to rehabilitate the West Neck and Lloyd Harbor Road which leads to a state and federal park but never delivered. The Mayor has now gone to the state for assistance.
The Village should let it's residents know through its newsletter in November so they can vote with their bills associated with damaged vehicle suspensions. Interesting enough, ninety percent of this small village votes in elections regularly. Other communities should follow their lead!
