At Pio Nono and Canterbury, there is a vacant lot opposite of the Burger King. There is sand and silt debris in the road from the recent rains and it is icing up in the cold weather. I have lost traction on that section coming around the corner making a right turn from Pio Nono to Canterbury the last two mornings. This is a very congested area during morning school transport time and it is a dangerous condition.
