(Cross street of Kostner and 59th Street)

Area has high foot traffic of Elementary School Students, CTA Bus Customers, and CTA train foot traffic. There is a large volume of neighborhood and local traffic in the area. This long stretch of Streets Lights out is not safe for the area.
