If an officer stopped by, nothing was achieved. The cars and basketball goal is still blocking sidewalk as of 11AM today.

Please be patient with our officers. There are a limited number of them responding to a variety of more high-priority crimes in the NE District. I will make sure to post as soon as Capt. Davis beat officers can break free to address this.

Capt. Davis personally visited this site. The resident moved the basketball goal. They will be removing the car. He will follow up to make sure they continue to comply.

Homeowner did not comply with officer. The basketball goal bottom is still on sidewalk and two vehicles are still parked across sidewalk both last night and today. The owners have ignored the Wakefield HOA 's warnings and even liens. They seem to be taking the same approach with Raleigh PD.

Capt. Davis made a second visit on Friday and will issue citations today if not in compliance. They will be adding this to the patrol route daily until we are sure we have the issue resolved. I will leave this open for the results of the citation to be posted.

Officer DD Hicks responded to this address on 8-22-12 and the vehicle and basketball goal had been moved and were not in violation.
