Daily cars are stopped or parked in no stopping lane 4-7 pm
On la Cienega southbound from about Colgate through to 18th St (essentially the Beverly Center to the 10 freeway)
Creates daily hassle with traffic flow. Beverly Hills has increased ticketing/towing but the issue extends farther south.

There were tow trucks ready today, but do they have to wait for parking tickets to be issued first?
Between tow trucks, drivers are still stopped and not receiving tickets.
