Description
The 600 and 700 block of Taylor are loaded with craters and getting worse every day. There's one every two feet - and maybe even closer than that. It hasn't been touched this season at all. Could we maybe go back to the brick that is underneath? It would be much prettier and would stand up to the yearly winter weather havoc. And, it would cost the taxpayers less in the long run since it would need less maintainence....

I am cleaning up the request in the seeclicktofix site that is why it was closed out. Your request was not sent to the Call Center as you did not select that option when you sent it. I know this site is a little misleading as you selected Public Works but that just leads to Code Enforcement when the request needs to come into the Call Center. I have put in a request for the 700 to 800 block of Taylor into Cityworks so the Street department will recieve it and investigate what needs to be done.
A quicker way for us to recieve your request would be for you to go to our direct site at Topeka.org select I want to and report and it gives you options and once submitted those come directly to the Call Center so we can enter them into Cityworks. You can also call the Call Center at 368-3111 and they would be happy to take your request for repairs. Seeclicktofix is not our site it is just a link.
Thank you for taking the time to report the problem.
