Deskripsyon

Manhole with cover not level with street at intersection of Grand and Bellevue heading west. I would estimate that the manhole is approx 2-3 inches below the street surface. My car when over this at 0750 on 8/1/2012. There was a huge "bam" sound as my right tires went over this. There is nothing blocking this area nor is there a sign indicating that the street is uneven. This area is a true hazard and could cause a lot of damage to cars. I will check my tires and alignment this evening.
