the timing on the walk signal is way too long - as a result no one even bothers... this is a main commuter path from the train station at State... at least during pime AM and PM commuter hours the signal timing needs to be changed to protect Pedestrians and have them take advantage of the the protection of stopped traffic on a very busy street
