Gate hinge shifted so latch doesn't reach. Toddlers can get out through gap in closed gate.

I agree that this is a huge safety issue and it needs to be fixed. I just have to keep track of my one toddler and he is constantly trying to escape through this gate. If I had more than one kid to look after the fact that this gate doesn't latch would be a huge problem.

I've emailed the city twice about this, and still no resolution. It really needs to be fixed.
