Good evening. I live at 2812 Montego drive in Lansing. My neighbor acrossed the steet keeps parking his gray Pontiac Grand Prix in front of my house. They have been asked several times by myself and my neighbor not to park there over night and he continues to do it. I am reporting this because I am not sure who to call in this situation and after our ice/sleet storm on Monday the plow could not get my side of the street because the Grand Prix was parked in front of my house. I have gotten stuck getting out of my driveway twice due to the build of from the plow truck and this is becoming very frustrating. They always have 4 or 5 cars in front of their house and there is only room for 2 or 3. Please can someone address this because he will not listen to me or our neighbors. Thank you
