I am pretty sure you have to add your own request under your address to get a trash can.

Thank you, but i also have never gotten a trash bin when I placed on a waiting list for that last June. I have observed that anything that is not in a trash can is not at all picked up in my neighborhood.
I have my own compost bin to compost my paper trash. I would like to recycle plastics, where can i do that?
