A resident from the condo , Prospect Gardens Condominium Association at 594-600 Prospect St. insists on using the community trash bin that is supposed to be used for neighborhood dog wast and litter for his private receptacle. He fills it with boxes and leaves little or no room for the rest of the neighborhood. It also makes for a very unsightly mess between City trash pick ups. Condos are supposed to provide for their own trash removal and this one has a dumpster at the rear of the building this resident seems to refuse to use.
