Mima616 - I am not sure the squeaky wheel concept applies here. I have been reporting for months and so have many other neighbors, but the problem is getting worse. I'm convinced transients/homeless are being directed to Carmichael. I feel like Sacramento County is actually supporting them being here. Fair Oaks, even Citrus Heights, aren't allowing for all of this. Out city is becoming filthy with trash too. I see garbage in the ground all the time. I know it is the transient activity at fault.

Ownership and management are on this property each and every day. Sleeping and loitering on this property is promptly addressed and not allowed. Please join in the Carmichael PBID formation efforts. Your response was positive and as a Carmichael resident, I appreciate your and the Bel Air mall security efforts which is why I frequent those businesses and refuse to patronize across the street in the Safeway lot. Yes, Mr. Erickson, thank you. Your center is the only one we frequent in the Carmichael area, so I appreciate the vigilance in keeping it safe and maintained. I also appreciate that you are involved in the resolution of the issue plaguing our city. We will certainly look into the Carmichael PBID.

Is the PBID a property tax assessment for single family property? Or just Commercial property in business district?
