    This home is constantly letting their large German Shepherd roam our neighborhood and come into our yards. It is a large dog and it makes us very uncomfortable that it is constantly out. Many neighbors have voice their concerns directly to that neighbor, without resolution.

    Homeless man going from property to to property looking for items and begging for money. When confronted, he was so messed up on drugs or whatever that he could barely talk. Yay Carmichael. Headed to Carmichael Park (where I'm assuming he lives). I think it's time citizens start taking care of this issue instead of waiting for the county. My husband and I don't even feel safe at home - especially with our 3 young children.
