Description
We struggled with DeKalb County to get this left turn signal put in and then the City of Dunwoody took it out. They have close this issue, improperly, citing a traffic analysis as indicating no need for this turn arrow. Well, if getting one car turned out of the Publix parking lot, with a second one having to run the red light is a properly operating intersection, I would believe this to be disingenuous. By the way, it was 4PM, on a Wednesday, so not a particularly high traffic time. This issue needs to be reopened and corrected. What if the community generates a petition about this? How many signatures would be required? Can't the Publix management assist with this?.

Hopefully no one will be injured before the City Fathers step up to the plate. This is a long running issue that needs thoughtful consideration. Some of us squealed when it was taken out after many months of working to get it put in by the county,
