The property at 132 W. Brooklyn in Pontiac appears to be foreclosed for back taxes by the County. Recently a "For Sale" sign with Oakland County logo and info appeared on the door, as well as a yard sign advertising the auction sale. Shortly after the yard sign appeared, the garage door has fallen down (or has been forced down by intruders) exposing the contents. From a distance, the garage appears to be full of garbage. The garage has been open to animals for some time due to the garage door not being totally secure, but now it is down completely.
Also the back yard has not been mowed in years. I have personally been mowing the front and side yards at this property this summer, because no one else was.

Sent an email to Oakland County Treasurer the evening of Friday 7/27. Promptly received a response that a request has already been sent to contractor for a board-up. It's only been a couple of days, and it was the weekend, so I will be watching to see when the board-up occurs.
In the mean-time I also noticed that the back door of the house is wide open as well. I replied to their email informing them of this as well.
