Yes of course. So when the traffic light on Belmont street turns red, at times cars stay in the middle of the intersection because the next light, the one at Brockton high status red. So the traffic that is coming from inside the plaza can't get on Belmont because it causes what's in the picture... Cars in the middle of the intersection and no one can move. It feels like the timing of the lights are off.

Thank you, vehicles should not enter the intersection unless the way is clear to cross the entire area. The timing may be interfered with if pedestrian buttons are pushed. We will forward the complaint to the state as they own those 2 lights and we will notify the Police for enforcement.
