I was wondering if there is any update on this situation? I noticed that the large pile of logs from the neighboring property was promptly removed, but this pile remains. Making matters worse, I noticed on my walk this morning that the owner has now added trash to the pile of limbs, making it quite the eye sore. Is there any way to expedite having this fixed?

What is the code for construction garbage? This person is just piling his trash on the street. Is he being charged when the city comes to clean it up? There is no structure, there is no supercan so I assume he isn't paying for trash service.
Please give update on progress of this mess. Is leaving garbage on the street acceptable?
Any update on this issue? The owner of this property continues to pile yard debris and construction garbage at the street, and the pile continues to grow. I hope that the city can resolve this growing and persistent issue one way or another. It has now been almost a month since this was first reported, and far, far longer than that since the property became problematic.
Is there any potential update on this issue? The property owner has created yet another pile of logs and trash in the street. How many times will the city allow this before he is cited or fined? (Please note, this is a "construction" site, that does NOT have the required garbage can or dumpster on site)
Also, with the impending snow storm, this pile is now a public safety issue. What happens if a snow plow hits a pile of logs and garbage? Please address.

The owner of this property came to split wood and pick up logs over the past two days. In doing so, he left debris, logs, and trash IN the city street, as evidenced in the attached photo. This was a major concern of the neighborhood before the snow storm, as noted above.
Yesterday, a city snow plow came down the street, and paused to look at the pile. He then dropped sand on the road, but did NOT plow the street, likely for fear of hitting this pile of refuse. He had a plow on the truck, but was unable to use it on this road because of the negligence of this property owner.
This is a chronically problematic property, with an extensive history of issues here on See Click Fix. Now, we've transitioned from "problematic"; and we're at the point where this property is a major public safety issue. If his actions directly prevent the city's workers from performing their duties, there should be ramifications. We now have an entire street left unplowed, and residents trapped in their homes, because of his negligent and dangerous actions.
Can somebody from the city please update us on this issue? It has now been almost two full months since this was initially reported, yet a pile of logs and trash remain in the street. Please address this public safety issue.
As soon as the first pile was taken away on 1/12 a new pile appeared and now there are two at the street. I certainly hope this property owner is being charged for the countless pick-ups of debris that have been left on the side of the road over the years. This is a true abuse of what bulk pickup was intended to do.
