Like Unity Park, I think this neighborhood between N. Johnson and Sanderson should be given some attention by the city. Clean up the area, tear down the blight, and build some mixed-income housing developments to liven up this area. It's near downtown and two schools and could be a great starting point for revitalization on this side of Pontiac.
