Opis

There are two women who have made their "house" on the sidewalk along Pennsylvania right after 26th St. They have stuff taking up half the sidewalk, all covered by a giant blue tarp. They wash and hang their clothes to dry in the trees. They also talk about people very loudly as they walk by them on the sidewalk.
