Last night at 12:00am until 12:30am 7 to 8 African American teenagers rough housing on the street next to the post office parking lot as if there was a party outside. Having to call the police twice to break this up should not have been needed. Where are the parents and why did the police not break it up the first time.

Some of us in the city (young respectable ones), mostly) are out of control. 2 years ago, I asked 7 young men to get off church property because, they were treating it like a skate board park. They cursed me and one even cursed God. They were gonna beat me up... all 7 teenagers. Never seen this kind of dis respect ever.
Feb 19th of this year 2017. Came home to find 10 young mostly African Americans in the street, watching 2 young ladies (not ladies at all in my opinion) fight. No one tried to break it up. I broke it up. This too has never happened on my block. The summer is coming and there will be more to come. Patrol our streets please. I know police have their hands full. Let's hire more cops and lets do the bike patrol again. PLEASE
