Very Large potholes- about 100 or more -This is an unfinished street- needs to have pavement done-This is a residential area-school bus corner pick up and it's a commercial area- This street on Cottage is only Half way paved- that enters onto Rice street,residents pay for taxes/business area also- Why hasn't it been "Completed"?
