This had been improved, however there is a now new area of water/mud slide that needs repair and has also created a sizable hole in the paved path. It will continue to deteriorate the path if not addressed. Thanks.

Lynn, could you describe where on the site the new issue is?

There are several spots where the water has eroded the dirt going down to the paved path. The water is running down these galleys and underneath the paved path. It has left at least 1 big hole (if a bike tire hit it it would be a bad thing) and other smaller areas of damage.
Its a shame all the trees and grass have been removed leaving quite an eye sore--they need to find a way to stop this soil and water runoff from sliding down to and underneath the paved path. The current barriers they tried to put up helped some but are not adequate.
