Street on Washburn is not cleaned after Tuesday nite's garbage dumbing by homeless and drug addicts looking for anything in the garbage cans to make $$ for drugs please come and clean. The city should require all residents to have locks in their cans....what's the point of recycling efforts if it's all on the streets at the end of garbage nite. :(
