Description

For many weeks, there has been a significant flow of water -- it is audible to pedestrians and even from cars -- at the corner of George and Church streets, right near the lobby of Gateway Community College. The gushing water is contained in the storm drain, but it is so significant that it almost seems like something is wrong.
