While attempting to make a right turn on red from Grove Ave. onto Three Chopt Rd., one must pull out onto Three Chopt to peer around a very blind corner on the south side of Grove. A "no right on red" sign has been missing since the construction of a new fence that runs directly under the traffic light.

7/25/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the missing "No Right Turn On Red" sign has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Sign Management ( Request #2002085515) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
