I went by the park today at 1:15pm and found a new encampment (to join the others found around the lake recently.) Lots of garbage in the park.

This on shows, off on the upper left, the six young males in saggy pants and hoodies, drinking from a pint bottle (at 1:15pm on a Saturday. One should be thankful for the Po-Po but WTF?)

The park is called Adams Park most of the time but it isn't posted as far as I can tell. There are also homeless encampments just across the creek on the grounds of the Veteran's Memorial building.
Thought I would also point out at that while walking over by the lawn bowling area (across from Children's Fairyland) I found a used condom on the sidewalk. This doesn't apply directly to this complaint but is showing the state of our parks under Libby.
