When leaving New Haven at night, it is impossible to see this pothole near New Haven Police Station. This is terrible, because it is a major traffic route to an on ramp.

I would take pictures, but 1.) I'm driving, and 2.) It's just as dangerous to get out to take pictures, as have vehicle downed at that location in the dark of night with concern for traffic.
