I waited for the light to green at the traffic signal on the corner of McAlpin & Delaware Ave this morning for almost 5 minutes. Since "right on red" is not permitted at this intersection the car in front of me didn't budge and traffic was building up all the way back to McCarty Ave. This was a problem years ago and I assumed it was corrected. The wait for the light to turn green in order to take a left onto Delaware Ave from McAlpin is way, way too long. Please re-program.
