There is an old Dodge Van Ram 2500 with a body style of 1997-2000 that has been parked in 1500 Lardner Street block for over a year. It has a flat right rear tire and maybe many other issues. The car does not seem drivable and should be removed because of the long period that has been parked. The plate number is HJB-4720. I have more pictures I can share. The plate shows the van has been registered since 2010 or before. There are stickers from 2010-16, but the car has not been moved. The inspection stickers show that the car has not been inspected since 6/15. Let me know if you need any more info. I believe this is the Philadelphia Police 15th District.
