Potholes in alley between 15 N Shields Ave and 13 N Shields Ave. These have been here since April. Please fix ASAP. Really this whole alley needs to be paved. The same potholes show up every month. If it rains they show up a couple days after being fixed. It's really obnoxious to have to report these every time.
