Description
This is the new 3-level building at the corner of Lark and Madison. Sidewalks were installed on Madison, ramping down to a curb ramp close to the Lark Street intersection. This curb ramp is listed on the site plan as being removed by the developer. This means a new curb should have been installed, with the sidewalk not ramping down to the street here. There is no vehicular access across the sidewalk at this location.
