This situation was previously reported to Richmond and is on Tree Management's list of stumps needing removal although their team has not arrived there to execute the work as of yet. Request #20020834244 is still open for work in the Citizen's Request system. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000 and referring to Request #20020834244.

A follow up notice was submitted to Tree Management today to ask if they could please go ahead to finished this in the very near future
