Opis

On bike, waiting on NB James at 50th. This light never changes unless car is there or if you press pedestrian button. E/W ped light flashing don't walk so I pressed ped button but it went back to walk for E/W. then waited another 45-60 seconds for light to change.

This is horrible traffic management. I've run more red lights in last twelve months than in last four years due to more and more lights like these. Also very frustrating to wait so long when driving too.
