i had just called this resident as this request came in. i recieved a call and called them back letting them know that my contractor has this on there list to be trimmed in the future

This tree currently has broken limbs hanging. There are limbs overhanging the sidewalk at head level. I submitted request for trimming two plus years ago. Can someone assist in resolving this problem?
