I have pass through there on my way to BART and notice that since after the Day of the Dead Festival in November people have been throwing furniture there. The city of Oakland placed a large garbage container and people took advantage of it with their own personal garbage. After the garbage container was taken, people like this guy continue to bring large amount of garbage.

Please contact the Law Crops in the Oakland District Attorney's office. If they bust the they offer rewards.
