The basin has been cleaned out

I went to check the storm drain after i recieved an email that it ad been cleaned. The storm drain has not been cleaned. It is still full to the top with leaves and dirt. The storm drain has been like this for as long as i can remember. It is located on the sidewalk next to the baseball field at the salemwood school, directly behind the begining of the tall green fence. (BOTTOM OF DELL ST./PLAYSTEAD RD.)

We will be there first thing in the morning obviously we must had cleared the wrong basin. Sorry for the confusion we will address in the morning
