Vehicle has not moved from the same spot since June 2015. This vehicle is abandoned. For ticket # 15-00317988
As OF 11/18/15 THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION WAS NOT IN VIOLATION PER AVI E. CUMMINGS...CD. How do you know it is not abandoned? Have you contacted the owner? Why hasn't the car moved from the same spot if it is not abandoned? There is damage on the car which has caused blight to the street. Is it legal to park a car permanently on the streets without moving it? Please move this car.
