Description

Blatant disregard for City/County ordinance by Ms. Lea Cilbrith. Allows her cat/s to roam neighborhood in violation of city ordinance. SeeClickFix monitors has closed and/or archived my reporting of issue it appears to cover-up and/or to continue their refusal to address the issue. Nor can issue be searched under any search terms relevant to the issue on SeeClickfix. Cat was out week of 12/28/2015. What's that about?

I don't think CSR know what diligently means...........must have meant apathetically.

Issue resolved. Citations issued to dog owner and laws explained. Second offense citations, along with nuisance citations issued to cat owner.

Macon-Bibb County ordinance continue to be violated. I witness cat walking up on porch and another cat lying in shrubbs at 1012 HIllyer Ave ten minutes ago.

12/10/2015/5:15 PM – Cat is lying under shrub. Did not report to See Click fix, because cat is on her property. Although the law does stipulate not in violation when on owners property.
12/11/2015 - Both cats came from Lea Cilbrith’s/1012 Hillyer Ave home this morning. It appears she is feeding her cats, feral, and stray cats from her porch.
