Cat caught in trap...........need pick-up

Reporting an issued that's archived resulting in me having no way to comment on the fact that nothing has been done or is being done. Seven months this issue (issue id# 3886289) has existed, please give me a specific date you plan to fix problems (not Schedule for repairs, but "fix") the problem.

1000 block of Hillyer Avenue’s street in dire need of repair. Its been like this for 6 mos. or more. One of your contractors I spoke with informed me they put in a bid 6 mos. ago and no response from city/county government. This is an accident waiting to happen….cars make every attempt to avoid the bump, whereby driving on the wrong side of the road, not to mention the noise it makes when cars do drive over it. Commissioner Bivins/Mayor please be proactive and get the street I live on, in the district I vote and pay taxes, taken care of. This is not only neglectful, but a dereliction of duty.

Unrestrained dog. Once a month (sometimes more) I either call or report online this issue......requesting an officer come by or documentation why this continue to be an ongoing problem in my neighborhood.

Cat pick-up. My previous order was mishandled. Please send someone out who can transfer a cat from one trap to another. Cat escaped and allowed back into neighborhood. I'm seeing more stray cats roaming the neighborhood.

1097 Hillyer Avenue - Owner’s dog was off leash on my property yesterday and Saturday and I quote, " If the animal is off its property the owner is in violation".

Have not seen this cat in two weeks or more. It is back on the prowl again.

FYI. Lea's cat came frighteningly close to being hit by a car yesterday in trying to get across the street to the property in the picture. Its getting to be ridiculous witnessing the number of times ordinances/rules of safety for animals are being violated by the owner and the number of time reported with no positive outcome. What's that about? As you can see the yellow/orange cat with the dock tail is on the property of someone other than the owners.

Reported this nuisance two weeks ago. The dog is loose (again) and barking uncontrollably up and down the street today.
