Description
Homeless encampments on a street. This is getting out of control in a residential area. Why should we have to deal with this crap. If this were in the Oakland hills they would have been gone in a week. This has been like this and getting worse for a year now. This has been reported over and over.

They are blocking the bay doors to the business there and the owners keep calling the police and nothing happens. They are also stealing power from them.
Vera Court is the owner and she is at her wits end on this. They want them gone too. They can access their building because of this mess.
