Un resolved since July . Multiple street lights starting at #2 to #22 spencer lane have been out since July 2015. Possible unground wire damage in front of # 8 Spencer lane. Multiple calls by multiple neighbors, with no permanent repair. Causing danger to residents and children during low light and nighttime hours.
