I have just spoken to EBMUD. The representative informed me that they had a crew investigate November 30th, which is the day that you referred the issue to them. They have concluded that the source of the water is not THEIR water.

Since this flow was happening in a period of dry weather, it's not groundwater or runoff. Since the water is flowing out of the monument marked "Sewer", I would ask again that the City investigate.

The water has filled up the water meter container, wherein the meter shows zero flow.
Water appears to be coming from the sewer access pipe right next to the meter box.
Please, City of Oakland, come up and look and hopefully fix.
