Oakwood Cafe has some sort of runoff coming from their restaurant that covers the sidewalk and the street outside their restaurant and runs down an entire block pooling at the next stoplight (where you will get splashed with it by a passing car). The sidewalk is covered in smelly wet slime 24/7.
