This has never been addressed, and I've reported it multiple times. Literally every time we get any more rain than a sprinkle, it backs up. It's been going on for years. Can we PLEASE get someone to clean it out? It fills up to the point of closing off one entire lane of the 3 on Memorial Way. The sidewalk is impassable, you have to cross the street and walk in the grass. It's the storm drain on the corner and the one further up the block in front of HPD Credit Union. Construction in the area is finished, it needs to be cleaned out.
