I'm not surprised by this... This same problem exists on Seminole Ave & the Stop Sign in the middle of Seminole. It's been reported multiple times & the cops do NOTHING! My friend who lives on Seminole actually called the cops, then sat & watched them drive right through the same Stop Sign he called about & then idled at the Stop Sign at E.Winona & Seminole. When at my friends house we've witnessed kids almost killed many times, because it's not just people blowing the Stop Signs, but they're speeding between 30mph-50mph straight down & through it!! The Speed Limits only 15mph! What's worse is the Stop Signs are on a T... There's Seminole which has 2 Stop Signs going both ways & then a street that Ts into Seminole (that's off of E. Winona) that doesn't have a Stop Sign. So people drive down that T Street & you can only go Left or Right, they go to their turn & almost get T-Boned! I'm just waiting for the accident that kills someone to happen, so I can be there as a witness that this problem was reported to Norwood PD multiple times & they did NOTHING about it! Which I feel that makes them almost as responsible as the driver who blew through the Stop Sign causing that accident! Sundays are DEFINITELY THE WORST because Seminole goes right down to St. Gabes Church... So they go to Church & not only do they park wherever they want up & down Seminole (1 side of the street has signs that say "NO Parking on this Side" & they park on that side, but then Church let's out & these people that supposedly value life/people, speed down Seminole & blow the Stop Signs, showing no care or value for human life! If they did care about anything or anyone but themselves, they'd make a complete STOP at the Stop Signs, not speed down my street... & they'd READ the signs that say "NO Parking on this Side"!!

Here's a fun fact for those of you who don't know how to properly STOP at a Stop Sign or what a proper STOP is: ** When you see a Stop Sign coming up, you step on the fat pedal (Brake) located on the left of your foot & ease your car to a complete Stop once at the Stop Sign & you keep your foot on the fat pedal (Brake) long enough to spell the word STOP: "S...T... O... P...", (It should take 4 seconds to spell it! In the Driver's Ed Book it says you should be at a complete Stop for 3 seconds... So an extra second won't kill you... It'll actually assure that you DON'T kill someone else for your carelessness!) Then you can step on the skinny pedal (Gas) located on the right side & go about your business, again assuring the world around you that you deserve to be on the road!

Honestly, people who are in that much of a hurry that they'd rather risk killing another person, then take 4 seconds to Stop at a Stop Sign, shouldn't have a license & DEFINITELY shouldn't be on the road driving anywhere near innocent people who's lives don't mean anything to them. If NOT taking the time to Stop for 4 seconds takes precedence over another's person's life, then you need to seriously reevaluate why you feel the need to be on the road... NOT stopping for those 4 seconds can irrevocably change not just your life, but could kill someone else & completely destroy that person's family! So think about that the next time you feel you CAN'T possibly spare those 4 quick seconds to STOP!
