Description

The construction company located at the future site of the Salvador next to the Beacon, at 470 3rd St South, is operating their crane at 6am. I observed the Crane moving material back and forth for one hour before 7am, after they woke me up and I could not get back to sleep. I'm sure this is a violation as I'm sure they aren't supposed to work before 7am. This has to stop, Thanks
