Description

This is unsightly. Owner is trying to sell the place, Ive complained about the garbage mess from the evicted tenants, but I didn't think mold etc was acceptable either. Unbelievable as it is, this slum lord has the place up for sale. I can't imagine who'd be interested with it looking this way.
