Bad enough that this neighborhood has some issues, but this makes it look even worse. Be sure tell the owner the residents of this neighborhood don't appreciate his timing, when many of us will have guests for the Holiday and he just made us look like a ghetto. At least he could have the courtesy to have the stuff hauled away ASAP.
